Warranty Duration

  • All electrical products come with a standard 2-year warranty, starting from the date you receive your order.

  • If you purchased the optional 1-year extended warranty, your total coverage period extends to 3 years.

If a manufacturing defect affecting an electrical component is confirmed during the warranty period, the product will be replaced at no additional cost.


What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not apply in cases of:

  • Physical or accidental damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Malfunctions caused by improper installation

  • Misuse, negligence, or lack of proper care

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications


How to File a Warranty Claim

To request a replacement under warranty, please contact:

You will receive an automated confirmation.
Please reply to that email and attach a video clearly showing the defect, such as:

  • the device not turning on

  • charging issues

  • malfunction during operation

If video evidence cannot be provided or does not clearly demonstrate the problem, we may request the product be returned for evaluation.

⚠️ Important:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) returns.


Eligibility Requirements

Only claims that fully meet all warranty conditions will be evaluated and processed.
