Warranty Policy Replacement
At SO.GE.CO SRL, we stand behind the quality of our electrical products sold through megadealstore.com. To ensure your peace of mind, we offer a comprehensive warranty on all eligible items.
All electrical products are automatically covered by a 2-year warranty starting from the date you receive your order.
If you opted for the additional 1-year extended warranty at checkout, your total coverage extends to 3 years from the delivery date.
If a manufacturing fault is found in any electrical component during this period, we’ll replace the item at no extra charge.
Please note, the following cases are excluded from warranty coverage:
Any physical or accidental damage
Wear and tear from regular use
Malfunctions due to incorrect installation, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications

You will receive an automatic response. Please reply to that email and attach a video clearly showing the defect, such as power failure, charging issues, or connectivity problems.
If video proof is not possible, we may ask you to send the item back for examination.
Important: Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We do not accept returns sent via cash-on-delivery (COD).
Only requests that meet all the warranty conditions will be accepted for review and processed accordingly.
