Delivery Issues

Should your order arrive with any problems—such as damaged packaging, missing items, or incorrect products—please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the package.

Send your report via email to: info@megadealstore.com
You’ll receive an automatic confirmation message. Please reply to that message with clear photos of the parcel, including:

  • The shipping label

  • The contents of the package

  • Any visible damage

This allows us to address the matter quickly and provide an appropriate solution. We appreciate your understanding and patience.


Product Concerns or Malfunctions

If your item is not functioning as intended, even after following the instructions, we encourage you to reach out to us at info@megadealstore.com.

Upon receiving our auto-reply, please follow up by attaching a photo or video that shows the issue clearly—whether it’s a charging problem, power failure, or connection issue.

If video evidence cannot be provided, we may ask you to return the item to our facility for evaluation.
Note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not accept returns sent with cash-on-delivery (COD).


Dispute Resolution

If we are unable to reach a satisfactory solution, or if you remain dissatisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you have the right to escalate the matter via the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform:
