Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will refund all payments made, including standard delivery costs (excluding any extra charges for express or premium delivery).
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed. No additional fees will be applied.
After informing us of your decision to withdraw, the items must be returned within 14 days.
To be eligible:
Items must be unused and in original condition
All original packaging, tags, seals, manuals, and accessories must be included
Products must be packaged securely to avoid damage during shipment
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Custom-made or personalized items
Sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons once opened
Perishable items
Unsealed software, CDs, DVDs, or digital media
Newspapers, magazines, or periodicals
If the product shows signs of use or handling beyond what is necessary to determine its nature or functioning, a deduction from the refund may be applied.
